Okay y’all… FreshFest 2025 was an absolute blooming blast! If you weren’t there, I’m gonna need you to go ahead and add it to your 2026 “must-do” list — like, right now. Because THIS was the flower family reunion of the year.
From the second I walked in, it was giving: color, creativity, connection — and just the right amount of chaos (the fun kind, not the florist-on-Mother’s-Day kind). Every corner was bursting with inspiration — from massive floral installs that made you stop in your tracks, to hands-on sessions that had my heart racing and my hands happily covered in pollen.
I got to teach, watch, learn, laugh, and hug way too many incredible humans. The vibes? Immaculate. The flowers? Fresh as ever. The people? Even better.
One of my favorite parts? Watching brand new designers light up as they found their groove. That spark when someone realizes, “Ohhh, I can do this”? That’s what it’s all about. I saw it a hundred times over the weekend — and I was right there cheering every single one of them on.
Between the demos, the marketplace (my wallet is crying but my soul is THRIVING), and the dance party that may or may not have happened after hours… FreshFest wasn’t just an event. It was an experience. A celebration of why we do this wild, beautiful, petal-filled thing we call floristry.
I left inspired, exhausted, and full of big ideas for what’s next — and probably carrying way too many stems through the airport, let’s be honest.
